How to make Sankara

  1. Peel 500 g of sweet potatoes and chop them into small cubes before starting.
  2. In a pot, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion for about 5 minutes until it becomes translucent.
  4. Add the sweet potato cubes along with 300 ml of water to the pot.
