Pique macho recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g beef steak
- 200 g hot dog
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 unit onion
- 1 unit green bell pepper
- 2 unit tomato
- 2 unit garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 100 g salsa
How to make Pique macho
- Dice 300 g of potatoes into small cubes. Set aside for cooking later.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the diced potatoes. Cook for about 15 minutes until fork-tender.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute.
- Sauté 1 chopped onion for 3 minutes until it becomes translucent, then add 2 minced garlic cloves.
- Also add 1 chopped green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook everything for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in 300 g of sliced beef, and 200 g of sliced hot dog, cooking for about 10 minutes until browned.
- Add 2 diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Divide the cooked potatoes onto plates, then top with the beef and hot dog mixture.
- Spoon salsa over the meat mixture on each plate just before serving.
