- 600 g cassava
- 200 g peanut butter
- 50 ml vegetable oil

How to make Moto
- Peel 500 g of cassava and chop into small pieces, approximately 2 cm in size.
- In a pot, combine 500 g of chopped cassava, 1 liter of water, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, watching for bubbles to form.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Sauté 1 chopped onion in the hot oil until it turns golden brown.
- Stir in 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Drain the cooked cassava and mash it until creamy, then combine with the peanut mixture.
- Serve warm, plated nicely, and enjoy your meal.
