Liboké recipe

Ingredients
- 800 g fish
- 4 unit banana leaves
- 2 unit onion
- 2 unit tomato
- 1 unit green bell pepper
- 100 ml groundnut oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp ginger
How to make Liboké
- Clean the fish by removing scales and insides; cut it into large pieces.
- Finely chop 1 onion, 1 tomato, and 1 green bell pepper, keeping them separate.
- In a bowl, combine the fish pieces with the chopped onion, tomato, green bell pepper, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
- Take a large banana leaf, place the fish mixture in the center, and fold the leaf over the fish securely with twine.
- Set the wrapped fish in a steamer and steam for 30-40 minutes until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, carefully unwrap and serve the hot Liboké, enjoying the aromatic blend of flavors.
