Cazuela recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g beef
- 300 g chicken
- 400 g potatoes
- 300 g pumpkin
- 200 g corn
- 150 g green beans
- 1 unit onion
- 3 unit garlic
- 1 unit beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
How to make Cazuela
- Chop 1 onion and 2 garlic cloves. Cube 200 g beef and 200 g chicken. Chop 2 potatoes, 200 g pumpkin, and prepare 150 g green beans.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
- Sauté the chopped onion for 5 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant, stirring constantly.
- Add the cubed beef and chicken, browning on all sides for about 8 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped potatoes, pumpkin, corn, and green beans, mixing well to combine the ingredients.
- Pour in 1 liter of beef broth and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika.
- Bring to a gentle simmer uncovered for about 60 minutes until the meat and vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
