  1. In a pot over medium heat, sauté 1 chopped onion for about 5 minutes until softened and translucent.
  2. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 chopped bell pepper to the pot, and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in 300 g of crab meat, 1 tsp of thyme, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper, cooking gently for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine 250 g of all-purpose flour with 1 tbsp of baking powder and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add 180 ml of water into the flour mixture, stirring until you form a soft dough.
  6. Shape the dough into small dumplings, about the size of a walnut, and set them aside on a plate.
  7. Add the dumplings into the pot with the other ingredients, gently stirring to distribute them evenly.
  8. Pour in 400 ml of coconut milk, ensuring all ingredients are covered, and bring to a simmer.
