How to make Khachapuri adjaruli
- In a bowl, mix 250 ml of warm water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 7 g of active dry yeast; let the mixture foam for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine 500 g of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt; then add the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes until smooth and elastic; cover the bowl and let it rise for 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.

- Evenly distribute the cheese mixture into each shaped dough boat; make sure to fill them generously but avoid overfilling.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) while preparing the khachapuri for baking.
- Bake the filled boats in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
