How to make Plato tipico

  1. In a pot, combine 2 cups of rice and 1 cup of beans with 4 cups of water. Cook until tender for about 20-25 minutes.

  4. Shred 200 g of cabbage and dice 1 tomato. Mix them together in a bowl until combined.
  5. Once the meats are cooked, serve them alongside rice, beans, and fried plantains on the plate.
  6. Spoon the cabbage-tomato mixture on the side of the plate for garnishing each serving.
  7. Top each plate with 100 g of sour cream and sprinkle 100 g of cheese for added flavor.
  8. Serve immediately while hot, ensuring a colorful and appetizing presentation.
