Chicken paprikash recipe

Ingredients
- 800 g chicken thighs
- 2 unit onion
- 4 unit garlic
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g pasta
How to make Chicken paprikash
- Chop 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic, set aside for cooking.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Sauté the chopped onion for about 4 minutes until soft and translucent, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add 4 chicken thighs to the pot, season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of paprika over the chicken and brown the pieces on all sides for about 8 minutes.
- Pour in 500 ml of chicken broth, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
- After 30 minutes, stir in 200 g of sour cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring well to combine.
- Cook 400 g of pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain it.
- Plate the cooked pasta, then serve the chicken and rich sauce over it hot.
