Langouste à la vanille recipe

Ingredients
- 800 g langouste
- 1 unit vanilla bean
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 unit lime
- 4 unit garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
How to make Langouste à la vanille
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Clean and prepare 1 langouste carefully, making sure it's ready for baking.
- Place the prepared langouste in a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In a bowl, mix 400 ml of coconut milk, seeds from 1 vanilla bean, and 2 minced garlic cloves.
- Add the juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper to the bowl and stir well.
- Pour this mixture over the langouste evenly, ensuring it's well coated.
- Drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil over the top of the langouste for additional flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the langouste is opaque and cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with lime wedges for an extra kick.
