Bulgogi recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g beef sirloin
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 unit garlic
- 4 unit green onion
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 300 g rice
How to make Bulgogi
- Slice 400 g of beef sirloin thinly against the grain to enhance tenderness.
- In a bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of soy sauce with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, and 2 minced garlic cloves; mix well.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes for better flavor.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the marinated beef to cook.
- Cook the beef for 5-7 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally for even cooking.
- Chop 2 green onions while the beef is cooking for garnish.
- Once cooked, remove the beef from heat and allow it to rest for a minute.
- Garnish the bulgogi with the chopped green onions and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds to finish.
- Serve the bulgogi hot on a plate for best flavor with a side of cooked rice.
- Make sure to enjoy it with the rice for a complete meal.
