Tabbouleh recipe

Ingredients
- 100 g bulgur wheat
- 200 ml water
- 100 g parsley
- 30 g mint
- 2 unit tomato
- 1 unit cucumber
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make Tabbouleh
- In a bowl, soak 200 g of bulgur wheat in 300 ml of water for 15 minutes to soften it.
- Finely chop 50 g of parsley, 30 g of mint, 150 g of tomato, and 100 g of cucumber with a sharp knife.
- After soaking, drain the bulgur wheat well using a colander.
- Combine the drained bulgur in a large mixing bowl with the chopped parsley, mint, tomato, and cucumber.
- Pour in 60 ml of lemon juice and 60 ml of olive oil into the bowl for flavor.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper to the mixture and stir.
- Toss all ingredients thoroughly until well mixed, ensuring everything is evenly incorporated.
- Let the tabbouleh sit for 5 minutes to meld the flavors before serving it.
