- 250 g rice flour
- 200 g peanut butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 300 ml water
- 4 unit banana leaves
How to make Koba
- In a bowl, combine 250 g of rice flour, 200 g of peanut butter, 150 g of brown sugar, and 300 ml of water.
- Stir the mixture until it becomes a smooth batter without lumps, about 3-5 minutes.
- Prepare banana leaves by cutting them into rectangular pieces and softening them if needed.
- Spoon the batter onto the banana leaves, shaping it into a rectangular parcel that is well-packed.
- Fold the leaves securely around the batter to form a tight package.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and place a steamer insert inside.
- Steam the wrapped parcels for about 30 minutes, or until the batter firm and fully cooked.
- Once cooked, unwrap the parcels carefully and serve warm with fresh fruit, if desired.
