Ingredients
- 500 g beef
- 2 unit onion
- 4 unit garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 unit tomato
- 500 ml water
- 200 g spinach
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
How to make Romazava
- Cut 500 g of beef into bite-sized pieces and season them with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- In a large pot, sauté 1 chopped onion over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until it becomes fragrant and translucent.
- Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, stirring for another minute until aromatic.
- Incorporate the beef pieces into the pot and brown them on all sides for about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in 1 chopped tomato, then pour in 500 ml of water, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes until the beef is tender and the flavors meld together.
- Add 200 g of spinach to the pot, stirring until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Once done, serve hot for a hearty, flavor-rich meal.
