Ingredients
- 4 unit oranges
- 2 unit lemons
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 15 g fresh mint
How to make Djeruk
- Peel 3 oranges and remove any seeds, then segment them into bite-sized pieces.
- Juice 2 lemons into a measuring cup.
- Whisk in 30 ml of olive oil and 10 g of honey until well combined and smooth.
- In a large bowl, toss the orange segments with the lemon dressing.
- Sprinkle 3 g of salt over the top evenly.
- Finely chop a handful of fresh mint leaves.
- Sprinkle the chopped mint over the salad for added freshness.
- Serve immediately, either chilled or at room temperature.
