Lumpia recipe
Crispy, savory spring rolls bursting with flavor!
Ingredients
- 20 unit lumpia wrappers
- 250 g ground pork
- 100 g carrots
- 50 g green onions
- 2 unit garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 500 ml oil
How to make Lumpia
- Finely chop 1 cup of carrots and ½ cup of green onions, and mince 3 cloves of garlic before starting.
- In a large bowl, combine 500 g ground pork with the chopped carrots, green onions, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and a pinch of pepper.
- Take 1 lumpia wrapper, placing 1 tablespoon of filling near the edge, and roll tightly, sealing the end with a little water.
- In a pan, heat ½ cup of oil over medium heat until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
- Add a few lumpia to the hot oil, frying for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the lumpia from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce alongside.
