How to make Gurasa

  1. In a large bowl, combine 500 g of all-purpose flour, 50 g of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, and 7 g of yeast.
  2. Gradually add 300 ml of water, mixing as you go, and knead until the dough is smooth, about 10 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes until it doubles in size.
  4. Once risen, divide the dough into 6 equal balls and flatten each ball to about 1 cm thick.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat, making sure it's hot before cooking the bread.
  6. Cook each flatbread for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Remove from the pan and let rest briefly on a wire rack.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dip or sauce for the best experience.
