Gurasa recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 300 ml water
- 10 g yeast
- 50 g sugar
- 5 tsp salt
- 30 ml oil
How to make Gurasa
- In a large bowl, combine 500 g of all-purpose flour, 50 g of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, and 7 g of yeast.
- Gradually add 300 ml of water, mixing as you go, and knead until the dough is smooth, about 10 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes until it doubles in size.
- Once risen, divide the dough into 6 equal balls and flatten each ball to about 1 cm thick.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat, making sure it's hot before cooking the bread.
- Cook each flatbread for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the pan and let rest briefly on a wire rack.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip or sauce for the best experience.
