How to make Passatelli

  5. Once boiling, carefully add the passatelli pieces to the broth.
  6. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the passatelli float to the surface, indicating they are done.
  7. Using a slotted spoon, remove the passatelli from the broth and allow to drain briefly.
  8. Serve the passatelli hot, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
