How to make Bami

  1. Prepare all ingredients: chop 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 carrot, and 1 bell pepper; dice 300 g of chicken breast; measure 250 g of egg noodles and 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  2. Cook 250 g of egg noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until al dente, then drain them and set aside.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat for 1 minute; add the chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté with the onion for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Add 300 g of diced chicken breast to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
  6. Stir in the sliced carrot and bell pepper; cook for about 4 minutes until they are slightly tender.
  7. Add the cooked egg noodles into the pan; pour in 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and toss everything together well.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are heated through and well combined.
  9. Slice 2 green onions thinly for garnish and sprinkle over the dish before serving hot.
