Asida recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1000 ml water
- 5 tsp salt
- 100 g butter
- 50 g sugar
How to make Asida
- In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Gradually whisk in 250 g of wheat flour while stirring to prevent lumps forming.
- Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes until it starts thickening.
- Lower the heat to low and continue stirring for about 10 minutes until it thickens significantly.
- Remove the pot from heat and let the asida cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the asida warm, drizzled with 50 g of melted butter.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar on top before serving.
