- 600 g beef cutlets
- 4 unit eggs
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 100 ml milk
- 250 ml oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 unit fried eggs

- In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of milk and set aside.
- Take each beef cutlet, dip it in the egg mixture, then coat it with breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
- Heat 100 ml of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded cutlets for about 4-5 minutes per side, until they are golden brown.
- Top each fried cutlet with a fried egg cooked to your liking before serving.
- Serve the milanesa with a side of mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
