Lagman recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g beef
- 2 unit onion
- 2 unit carrot
- 1 unit bell pepper
- 2 unit tomato
- 4 unit garlic
- 400 g lagman noodles
- 1000 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
How to make Lagman
- Before starting, chop 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, and 2 tomatoes in preparation.
- In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until hot.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 500 grams of diced beef and cook until browned on all sides, around 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the minced garlic, sliced carrot, and chopped bell pepper; continue to sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Incorporate the chopped tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper; simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In another pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil over high heat.
- Add 250 grams of lagman noodles to the boiling water and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain the noodles and set aside in a bowl.
- Serve the noodles topped with the beef and vegetable mixture, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
