How to make Lahoh

  1. In a mixing bowl, measure 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of yeast.
  2. Gradually pour in 2 cups of water, stirring to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
