Kugelis recipe

Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 onion
- 200 g bacon
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 50 g butter
How to make Kugelis
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grate 1 kg of potatoes and 1 onion finely, then place in a clean cloth and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Cook 200 g of chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, 250 ml of milk, 100 g of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper until combined.
- Add the crispy bacon, grated potatoes, and onion to the egg mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the combined mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into portions and serving.
