How to make Ema datshi

  1. Finely chop 4 green chili peppers and 1 onion, and set aside to prepare the ingredients.
  2. In a pan, melt 30 g of butter over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the onion is translucent, add the chopped green chili and cook for 2 more minutes, stirring frequently to blend the flavors.
  5. Pour in 200 ml of water into the pan and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  6. Add 200 g of feta cheese and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture becomes creamy, around 3-5 minutes.
  7. Season with a pinch of salt to taste, mixing it well into the creamy mixture.
  8. Serve the Ema datshi hot alongside rice, making sure it is in a warm dish.
