How to make Nasi goreng

  1. Before cooking, chop 300 g of chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, 1 carrot into dice, and slice 2 green onions.
  2. In a large pan, heat 30 ml of oil over medium heat until it shimmers slightly, indicating readiness.
  3. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and the diced chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the diced carrot and sliced green onions. Sauté for another 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
