How to make Nom banh chok

  1. Soak 400 g of rice noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes, until they become soft and pliable.
  2. In a pot, combine 200 ml of fish sauce and 200 ml of coconut milk, then heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally.
