Lahpet thoke recipe

Ingredients
- 100 g fermented tea leaves
- 200 g cooked rice
- 50 g fried garlic
- 30 g toasted sesame seeds
- 30 ml lime juice
- 20 ml fish sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 30 g coriander leaves
- 50 g peanuts
How to make Lahpet thoke
- Chop 50 g of coriander leaves and crush 50 g of peanuts before starting.
- In a bowl, combine 30 g of fermented tea leaves, the juice of 1 lime, and 2 tablespoons of fish sauce.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly for about 2 minutes until well combined.
- Add 200 g of cooked rice to the bowl and mix until evenly distributed.
- Fold in 50 g of fried garlic and 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds gently.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chili flakes into the mixture and fold until incorporated.
- Garnish the dish generously with the chopped coriander leaves and crushed peanuts.
- Serve immediately on a plate to enjoy a fresh and zesty experience.
