Kapana recipe

Ingredients
- 800 g beef steak
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 100 ml chili sauce
How to make Kapana
- Cut the beef steak into thin strips about 1 cm wide.
- In a bowl, combine the beef strips with 10 g of paprika, 5 g of salt, and 5 g of black pepper until thoroughly coated.
- Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Carefully add the beef strips to the pan, cooking them for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned all over.
- While the beef cooks, slice the onion thinly in preparation.
- Once browned, add the sliced onions to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes until soft, then serve hot topped with chili sauce.
