How to make Grilled salmon

  1. Cut 500 g of beef into bite-sized pieces and season with 1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp of black pepper.
  2. In a large pot, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat, then brown the beef for about 5-7 minutes, turning frequently.
  3. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 diced carrots, cooking for 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour in 1 liter of beef broth, add 2 bay leaves, and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  5. Stir in 600 g of diced potatoes and cook for 30 minutes, or until all ingredients are tender.
  6. Remove the bay leaves from the stew once cooking is complete.
  7. Serve hot with crusty bread on the side.
