Ingredients
- 800 g cassava
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to make Saksak
- Peel 800 g of cassava and grate it into a large bowl.
- In the bowl, add 400 ml of coconut milk to the grated cassava.
- Pour in 50 g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
- Check for doneness until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve warm.
