How to make Saksak

  1. Peel 800 g of cassava and grate it into a large bowl.
  2. In the bowl, add 400 ml of coconut milk to the grated cassava.
  3. Pour in 50 g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness until the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares and serve warm.
